A 14-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital yesterday after being stabbed at a Whitstable recreation ground.
Eyewitnesses report the boy, named locally as Paul Wilson, a Whitstable Community College pupil, was injured in a fight with another boy on Westmeads recreation ground.
He is being treated at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford and is believed to have been stabbed the stomach
A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the stabbing.
